Auction/100th Day Of School/Valentine's Day

It was a busy month at Arizona's school. We attended Homestead's Auction night- the theme was Candyland. The decorator's did an amazing job with the hallways and made the school look festive. I didn't know what to expect as this was our first auction at the school. This auction is so well done and there are so many things to bid on. We bought five raffle tickets and I let the girls put their tickets for the toys they wanted to bid on. They had a huge table of toys for kids to bid on and a chance to win lunch with your teacher. Now, with five raffle tickets, I didn't think Arizona would win anything, as the odds were against us. Surprise, surprise, she won a Goldieblox movie machine and lunch with her kindergarten teacher Mrs. Archer! She was so happy to have won two things.

She has a couple of artwork pieces displayed outside her classroom. I love how much she loves art and her creativity with color and shapes. Her penguin is jump roping.

The kindergarteners celebrated 100 days of school on Feb 9th. She dressed up as an old lady and really played it up, with a scowl and a really slow walk. Silly girl.

Preschool week at my house the week of Valentine's. We had a blast with the kiddos and decorated our Valentine's bags and gave out treats. These kids are so smart and happy to learn and craft. I love seeing their imagination unfold.

At Arizona's school Valentine's Party.

We took homemade bread to our neighbors. A little act of love on the day of love.

I had one day at preschool where only the girls showed up. We had a full day of crafting and these girlies painted for 45 minutes straight. They made some really adorable cameras.
